“Venom” is a hip-hop song by American rapper Eminem, released on September 21, 2018. It was written for the soundtrack of the 2018 movie Venom and also featured in his tenth studio album, Kamikaze.  Commercially, It reached the top 10 in ten different countries. The remix of Venom is sung by Dax, an up and coming rapper in the American hip-hop scene. This song according to Dax was to pay homage to Eminem.

The remix of Venom by Dax did not reduce anything from the original song rather it added to the growing speculation of Eminem being the greatest hip-hop rapper of all time. The lyrics of both song differ in style but Dax too held his own probably because he was metaphorically trying to fill the shoes of the legendary Eminem.
