Future surpassed the record for most Billboard Hot 100 entries (125) till a number one song after being assisted by Drake in the 2021 song, “Way 2 Sexy”.

In 2021, Future for the first time broke the record as having the longest wait for a #1 song on the Hot 100, this top chart feat was achieved after BB made it’s overall 125th entry.

For years now, Future has been known to be a good rapper who releases good rap music, which are popular and appealing to the masses, however he never had the chance to taste what it feels like to have a #1 song.

When he dropped Life Is Good with Drake many years back, he really got close but lost it after the song lingered around on top of the chart.

Fortunately in 2021, after the 125 entries on the Billboard Hot 100, Future enjoyed the top of the chart as his song “Way Too Sexy” climbed up at #1.

Drake on the other hand seems to be a god in the game as he apparently in the one behind Future’s feat. First time Future nearly hit it, was with Drake’s assistance, and when he actually got to the top, it was still with Drake.

Also, when Drake dropped his Lover Boy album, all the singles on the project where topping the chart and were all within top 40, and had 9 of his songs on the top 10 chart.

So far, Drake still remains the only artist who who has the most #1 songs in history, achieving his ninth back in 2021.
