Crimes and Court Ruling

As of last year, the serial murderer Fisokuhle Ntuli was sentenced to six life terms plus 39 years’ imprisonment after the court found him guilty for murdering at least 6 people. Among the his cases was the killing of the former Bafana Bafana captain whose name was Senzo Meyiwa.

The court which gave the ruling is the Esikhawini Magistrates Court, where the judge agreed that such a person should not be allowed to stay around in the society, and so gave him six life sentences and 39 years. The Magistrate court also  found Ntuli guilty of all eleven counts brought against him.

Asides the killing of the former Bafana Bafana captain whose name was Senzo Meyiwa, Fisokuhle Ntuli was also tried and sentenced for the murder of the following;

The African National Congress councilor whose name was Thami Nyembe in KwaNongoma, a village northern KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. He was murdered back in 2016.

Ntuli also shot and murdered Nyembe in the car, as he was driving along with his wife, Nyembe’s wife was badly injured.

Among the six murders, Ntuli also killed his own cousin, it was reported that he shot his cousin seven times.

Asides trial for murder, he was also tried for unlawful possession of firearms, attempted murder etc.

The Magistrate whose name is Sifiso Madida stated that Ntuli did not look remorseful for any of the six murders he committed. The Judge also stated that Ntuli was a dangerous and ruthless, and does not deserve to be among the people in the society.

He continued and stated that it seems like Ntuli enjoyed the act of killing people.

The South African National Prosecuting Authority has accepted the sentencing.
