Emtee Re-Confirms He Is Not Interested In Having A Manager
Mthembeni Ndevu is the real name of the public figure, Emtee. Emtee is a renowned South African hip-hop rapper, trapper and performer. He is widely referred to as the pioneer of Trap in the whole Africa.
The young artist rose to prominence when he shared his still banging single named “Roll Up” under Ambitious Entertainment record label (though is is not currently signed with them anymore).
Mthembeni Ndevu, also known as Emtee is was born on 17th September 1992. So he is almost 31 years old. Emtee was signed with the record label ‘Ambitiouz Entertainment’ before leaving to create his own, Emtee Records.
He started doing music from a young age, and he had the support of his family especially his siblings; Phiwe Ndevu and Luthando Ndevu.
Emtee is a great hip-hop and rap artist in South African that he has been nominated and also won so many awards for himself including the popular South African Music Award (SAMA) for Best Music Video of the Year.
Usually, such a great entertainer and singer like Emtee is expected to have a team who manages him, his social life, social media, outfit etc. But this is not Emtee’s style as he has recently set the records straight again as he confirms not having or interested in having a manager.
In a chain of events some months back, the trapper whose biological name is Ndevu Mthembeni revealed to his fans that he currently does not have any manager and in fact, he’s not interested in having anyone manage him for now.
Just a few days ago, the same issue arose again as one of his followers stated that Emtee should get himself a social media manager, but the rapper did not take the advice in good faith.
On the Twitter update, he replied the fan who suggested that he’s bad at managing his social media accounts, Emtee replied him saying; “And you’re what? Good?“, though we suspect very much that he intended to actually mean, “Are you God?“.
Is this an indication that he really needs a team to manage him? Do you think Emtee needs a team of managers? Share your thoughts with us via the comment section.
